I am 59 years old. I took my first class when I was 27 and then and there decided I would study yoga for the rest of my life.
I am 500 AYRT trained and have studied with many masters, Alan Finger, Maty Ezraty, Dena Kingsburg to name a few, but what matters here is that I was given direct permission to teach Ashtanga from Sri K Pattabhi Jois in 1997.
For 30 years I have used yoga to enhance physical, mental, and emotional health, and to face life’s challenges with clarity, kindness, and joy.

Submit to a daily practice.
Your loyalty to that is a ring on the door.
Keep knocking, and the joy inside
will eventually open a window
and look out to see who’s there.
